Celebrate the season of witch by making your own broom or besom. You will actually put the broom together from scratch. Bring your own charms to adorn your newly created besom. This is a full-sized broom and this workshop is great fun for anyone witchy in your life.

In this class, Jennifer Voss (Nurse Practioner) and Witch Jodi (Registered Nurse) will examine death from a medical and spiritual lens. They'll provide details on how to help people pass while offering grief support to oneself, family, and friends. You'll learn about the role of a Death Doula, how to create practical safe spaces for crossing over, and resources for learning more. From spiritual rituals to tiny acts of comfort, your loved ones deserve honor and respect in this life's final moments. Let us help you give them that gift.

The Art of Tarot: A Beginner’s Guide
Curious about Tarot and ready to learn what the cards can teach you? Let’s start at the beginning!
Join Jenny, the newest Tarot Reader at Midwest Witchery & Healing and the reader behind Follow the Tarot Path, for a welcoming, hands-on introduction to Tarot. We’ll explore the Major and Minor Arcana, the four suits and their elemental connections, the meaning of numbers and Court Cards, and how to approach reversed cards. You’ll learn how to recognize patterns, work with traditional card meanings and imagery, trust your intuition, and ask questions that open the door to new perspectives. We’ll bring it all together with a three-card reading so you can practice your skills and begin finding your own rhythm with the cards. No experience necessary.
Just bring your Tarot deck, a notebook, a pen, and an open mind. We’ll learn, explore, and follow the cards together. Don't own a deck? You can borrow a sample deck from the store for the class.
